Our Organic Farm      
 
   
  pict1   Trainees volunteer to work in our State certified organic gardens.  They work year round - tilling, planting and harvesting the vegetables, fruits and grains. They learn entrepreneurial skills as they sell their produce at farmers' markets and local restaurants.  All proceeds from produce sales are divided among the trainees who work in the garden.

    The trainees grow a wide variety of fruits and vegetables.       Our Trainees sell their produce at a weekly farmers' market.  Last year they made approximately $4000 which they saved in their graduation accounts.  These accounts provide them with money for car insurance, security deposits, etc. after completing the program.
